Do your employees know what is expected of them?
Do they know the consequences of any behaviour that is inappropriate?
No-one likes to be a party pooper but….you do have a business to run and employees to manage. You might need some ground rules at least.
You also need to protect you! If you don’t set the rules and list the consequences you may find you have a claim for sexual harassment or victimisation or harassment on the grounds of sexual orientation or religious belief – this is time consuming, can be costly and does nothing for team morale or potentially the reputation of your business!
