The Workable Plan

Before you embark on any HR project, you need a Workable Plan:

A clear business case and end goal;

List of who is affected (and who is not) and why;

Who is going to manage the process;

What process you need to follow;

A timetable for implementation;

A breakdown of costs; and

The risks associated the project.
