What do we have to do to comply with GDPR?

Don’t panic! The General Data Protection Regulations come into force in the UK on 25th May 2018 so we’ve got 3 months to get ready for them.

We have prepared a Guide for Employers on what the changes to data protection laws will be and what you need to do about it now. Email us at hello@yourhrlawyer.co.uk to obtain your copy.

We’re also running a series of GDPR workshops throughout March where we will flesh out the practicalities of what you need to do to comply from a HR perspective.

To find out more and book your place click here.

That’s not all – we have created a GDPR Toolkit which contains:
A data audit questionnaire to help you identify what you need to do to comply with the new law
A revised data protection clause for your contracts of employment
A new Privacy Statement, setting out your key contact, policy and procedure for handling data under the GDPR
A sample employee consent to processing data
A guide for employers to issue to employees, workers and sub-contractors on the changes to the way in which you process data

The Toolkit is available to buy for £200 plus VAT or at reduced rate for those who attend one of our seminars.

(It’s free to our current retained clients so check your inboxes on Monday for your copy.)
